Vintage 1970s Glomesh Pesh Wallet: Gold Tone Square Purse with Original Box

A Fabulous Authentic Glomesh Retro Fashion Accessory.
These ever popular, and much sought after Glomesh 'Pesh' wallets are made even today as their styling is timeless. They are just so rare to find with no missing mesh tiles and in clean condition now.
This Authentic Glomesh treasure would have been produced in the 70's. It comes with it's Original Box and Purchase card stating it was purchased in April 1979.
It has the more moden wider kiss clasp, which securely opens and shuts. A lovely flat light golden trim, with the chocolate brown fabric and with the original Glomesh tag make this a rare find in such fabulous condition.
To attest to its age the base of the purse has a Light greenish tinge to the fabric. This is light and NOT an intense colour that i've seen ruin the look of some purses.
Don't be put off by this. It's quite clean but the light tinge in this comes from of course, the copper in the one and two cent coins of days past.
I have photographed this carefully to be Completely Accurate in my description.
The Gold coloured mesh has worn to a pale gold silvery patina, that is an attractive feature as it can match BOTH Silver and Gold tone accessories.
With two wallet openings, one for notes and the other side a snap fastnened purse area where you could place credit cards.
The shiny gold metal mesh is completely in tact, with no missing mesh and the chocolate brown fabric is clean.
The purse measures 11cm square shut and 20.5 cm completely open flat.
