This Metal Sign is the real deal hand painted in approx. 1930s.
Clearly a Real Estate Advertising Sign for the Sale of Land. The Metal Plate is in good condition with only surface rust no damage or major scratches to obscure the font.
White painted background with excellent hand painted font in fire engine red.
This measures 25.5 cm across and 10 cm wide, so smaller than a car number plate.
A rare treasure not often found in the wild. These much sought after originals are often bought as a mans gift for the 'Man Cave' (my man has a man WAREHOUSE so there's not even a bar to put these behind!)
