The Shiniest Mother Of Pearl Brooch where my Photography has failed to capture the true sheen of this tiny treasure. Carved from shell and vintage 1970 this is a delightful scarf pin or lapel brooch.
She measures only 3 cm long and 1.6 cm wide so possible the actual size of a small fish that she depicts.
Lovely fin detail and a little fish kiss mouth she has been carved with skill.
Her back Pin is straight and secure with a roll over clasp. She will be posted with care to prevent damage.
I call her a gold fish as she has a golden sheen but I think her carefully carved shape is actually an Angel Fish. She will delight anyone who values vintage Mother Of Pearl and despite her size she will entice the biggest smile from her new owner.
