This Vintage 1940s Bar Brooch has Four large Round Cut Glass Rhinestones at its centre in a Bright Clear Ice Colour, with 2 cut glass Pear Shaped Champagne Coloured Rhinestones on either side. The design and brightness of the stones catching rainbow highlights makes it an Outstanding piece of Jewellery.
Something Old and definitely with Sparkle it could well have been bridal jewellery in the war years.
At the top and each side above the Central Rhinestones is a hooked pin that enables this versatile piece of War Years Jewellery to also be worn on a chain as a stunning necklace, especially when worn at Chocker or princess length dependant on the length of chain you choose.
The Cathedral Setting of all the stones gives added light and brilliance.
Each of the stones are securely set and the pin on the back is straight and has a roll over clasp. All these details date this brooch to the 1940s era. This brooch measures 4.5cm long and 2 cm high.
