This delightful little anthropomorphic ceramic elephant earring holder is a treasure, with its lovely little green bow tie. It is made from bright white china and has large flapping ears, which double as places to hang your favourite earrings. It has four perfectly rounded holes on each of the outside of its ears for this purpose.
In good vintage condition with the dark eyes and the hand painted green bow tie still vividly coloured and there are no chips cracks or repairs.
It is unmarked, but it would have been produced in Japan.
It stands approx. 11 cm in height, from the base to the tip of its raised trunk and 10cm across from the edge of each ear.
