Verona is to my mind one of Royal Doulton's most elegant and rich patterns. With its chocolate brown and caramel decoration and scroll work with dainty minimal daisy motif and just the smallest touch of sunshine yellow its a delight.
The gilded gold edging adds richness and elevates it for use in fine dining.
This is a beautiful collectors piece with its twin handles is in perfect condition with no chips or cracks and pings like a bell as a test of only the finest bone china.
